How do I open Global?

The main website is https://hashminer.io and the international portal is https://pool.hashminer.io. Global and Kazakhstan are separate account environments. Use the sign-in methods shown for Global, including email, Passkey and Apple. Kazakhstan company and license details are not the Global registration form.

Which endpoints are used for Global mining?

BTC: stratum+tcp://btc.hashminer.io:3333. LTC + DOGE: stratum+tcp://ltc.hashminer.io:3337. ZEC: stratum+tcp://zec.hashminer.io:3339. Check account instructions or the public catalog for current additional and TLS endpoints.

Where are the Global API and support?

Direct API origins: https://api.hashminer.io, https://api2.hashminer.io and https://api3.hashminer.io. Official reference: https://docs.hashminer.io/api. Support: [email protected]. The API reference specifies complete paths, authorization and retry rules.

What is HashMiner Pool?

HashMiner Pool is a mining pool and account portal for ASIC operators. The portal provides hashrate, workers, earnings, payouts, connection settings, observer access and support conversations. HashMiner OS adds management of compatible devices.

Which coins and algorithms are supported?

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin network, SHA-256d (SHA256). Litecoin (LTC): Litecoin network, Scrypt. Dogecoin (DOGE): Dogecoin network, merged Scrypt mining with Litecoin. Zcash (ZEC): Zcash network, Equihash. BTC/LTC/DOGE rates use H/s and its multiples; ZEC uses Sol/s.

How are rewards calculated?

FPPS (Full Pay Per Share) accounts for accepted computational work with a calculated share of the block reward and network transaction fees. Raw share counts cannot be compared without their difficulty and measurement period. The calculator provides an estimate; exchange rates and profitability are not guaranteed.

What is the pool fee?

The standard public fee is 1.9%. Check your account for any individual effective terms. Changes to a Kazakhstan contract fee are made through a signed amendment and are not applied retrospectively.

Why do LTC and DOGE show the same hashrate?

They use one merged-mining workload. Do not add their hashrates or physical worker counts together. Earnings, balances and payout addresses remain separate for each coin.

How does the balance differ from today’s estimate?

The current balance reflects recorded earnings and payouts. Today’s estimate or an amount in processing belongs to a period that has not yet closed and may change. It is not a second final credit.

When are earnings and payouts processed?

The accounting day runs from 00:00 to 00:00 UTC, or 05:00 to 05:00 in Almaty. The usual daily crediting window for the preceding day is 14:00–15:10 Almaty time. Payouts run daily when the selected coin’s conditions and threshold are met. Actual status and timing appear in the account; technical disruptions may cause delays.

What is the minimum payout?

The standard public BTC threshold is 0.001 BTC; the owner may choose a higher threshold. For LTC, DOGE and ZEC, use the current settings of that coin in your account. The BTC threshold does not apply to other coins. Use a payout address on the correct network.

What happens after changing a payout address?

The change requires security confirmation. A confirmed address change starts a protective payout hold of at least 24 hours; the exact deadline is shown in the account. A payout hold does not stop earnings.

Why can the chart and current hashrate differ?

Compare the same period: 15 minutes, 1 hour or 24 hours. An individual chart point describes its own time interval, while an average covers the selected period. Unknown or stale data should not be treated as zero hashrate.

How do I connect an ASIC?

Create an account in the intended region, open its connection instructions, select the coin and copy the Stratum endpoint and full worker name. Use endpoints for your own region. Complete any required approval and documents before starting.

What are subaccounts, workers and observers?

A subaccount separates mining accounting; a worker identifies a device or connection. An observer sees only the metrics the owner permits through a special link. The owner can revoke the link. It does not authorize payout-address or account changes.

What does HashMiner OS provide?

HashMiner OS shows the state of compatible devices linked to your account and provides management actions. Available commands depend on the device and its connection. Compatibility and installation information are on the official HashMiner OS page.

Are an app and API available?

HashMiner Pool offers a mobile app and an integration API. Available installation methods are published on the official app page. Private API data requires the owner’s personal key; only published aggregate information is anonymous. Test and production credentials are separate.

Who can see account data and balances?

Account data, balances and earnings history are not published in open pool statistics. Access belongs to the owner and parties the owner has authorized. The service uses account information, email and payout details to operate; necessary processing is governed by service terms and applicable requirements.

How do I contact support or request deletion?

Open support in the portal: a new ticket continues as a conversation. Account deletion is requested in settings and handled by support within seven calendar days. Withdraw assets and finish pending settlements first. Sending a request does not itself delete the account; completion is confirmed separately.

Which information is authoritative?

Use your own account for its balance, payout address, effective fee, approval and documents. Use the official public catalog and service status for general conditions and availability. This page carries its update date. A third-party assistant’s answer does not replace current account data.
